What we collect

A copy of your conversation with Davi, typed or spoken (spoken messages are kept as text), which the 3Creative team can read. If you choose to share them, your name and how you would like to be contacted (an email address, a phone number or WhatsApp), together with a summary of what you told Davi about your business, written by AI for the team.

Why we collect it

So the 3Creative team can contact you about what you discussed with Davi, and to see how Davi is doing. By sharing your contact details with Davi you agree to this policy. We don't use them for anything else or sell them to anyone.

How your messages are processed

Davi's replies and voice are generated by AI models provided by MiniMax, so your messages are sent to MiniMax to produce a response, and if you share your details, to write the summary for the team. If you use the microphone, your recording is sent to OpenAI, through OpenRouter, to be turned into text and is not stored by us.
